Through soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and guided mediation, we quietly come together in a co creation of frequencies to channel our collective feelings into shared purpose and activism. Inspire peace within as you find a moment of solace and emerge with the strength and empowerment to strive toward a more peaceful world.

Cacao is seen as a gift to humanity in Aztec and Mayan cultures, a plant medicine that has the potential to guide us into deeper connection within. Cacao brings wholistic wellbeing promoting a sense of joy and contentment.
As you enjoy this chocolatey drink, set intentions and tap into the collective energy of the group. Then, sink into a deeply nourishing sound bath and guided mediation.
This journey will leave you feeling centered and rooted with a sense of compassion from a place of inner peace.

This experience invites a softening to the thinking mind through layers of sound frequencies and guided visualization. Attune the nervous system and activate intuition, connecting with a personal color field, the unique energetic palette that resides within.
Following a 45-minute sound journey, participants will be gently guided into an intuitive art practice using oil pastels. Color guides the language of sensation, emotion, and energy, translating your inner world onto paper through movement and mark-making.
This is a space to play, to feel, and to create without judgment. No artistic experience is needed, only a willingness to listen inward and follow what arises.

Summer Art & Sound Series in Holland, MI
